I think this theater is great. It is never crowded, however I do think the snack bar could be cleaner and of course the snacks are outrageously high.
In 2003, when I moved to Orlando, Cinemark Festival Bay was clean and nice -- a good place to see a film. Those days have passed. Never enough staff -- the wait to get popcorn can be 10 minutes -- and yesterday the snackbar area was liberally doused with ketchup, all over the floor, counters, and tables, with employees sitting in and ignoring the filth.
